  • Constructed from highly wear- and corrosion-resistant materials
  • The pump is designed to handle fine-grained liquid-solid mixtures up to 3mm in size.
  • The impeller features a metal core, onto which Habermann’s specialised polyurethane, APFlex®, is cast.
  • Both rear sides of the cover plates are equipped with relief blades to reduce pressure on the gland packing, minimising backflow to the suction port.
  • The radially split outer casing is shielded against wear and corrosion by an APFlex® armored lining.
  • Metal or mineral cast linings are available for abrasive and corrosive media, with a maximum grain size of 5 mm.
  • Wear-resistant, heat-treatable steel is used for the impeller and suction-side wear plates, depending on the grain size.
  • Closed or semi-open impellers with three or four channels are available to suit different needs.

KB Series

The Habermann KB, KBH, KBK, and KBKM Series pumps are highly versatile, serving both as feed and drainage pumps. Their compact design, combined with exceptional wear and corrosion resistance, makes them suitable for a wide range of applications, from tunnel construction and dredging to specialized civil engineering projects.

The thick, robust casing ensures the KB pumps can withstand continuous exposure to small solid particles and abrasive impacts from handling large volumes of coarse solids. An exterior protective coating further enhances their durability against abrasion.

  • Low installation heights, highly wear-resistant materials and shaft seals through a relief impeller or Habermann’s HGD mechanical seal ensure safe operation
  • Easy maintenance, simple suction gap adjustment, and heavily dimensioned closed impellers, housings, and wear plates
  • Thickened pump walls provide exceptional resistance to high-impact loads and liquids containing coarse grains.
  • Pressure ports ND 100, 125, 150 and 200 are available for a wide variety of applications
  • Spare parts and accessories
  • Flow rate: up to 5000 m3/h

N Series

The N-Series features an innovative design that integrates a sump pump with a sump container. This specialised setup is ideal for handling media with air bubbles, foaming liquids, and discontinuous pumping conditions. The N-Series creates a vortex that separates gas bubbles from the liquid. Centrifugal forces push the solid-liquid mixture toward the container wall, allowing the liquid to be pumped out without gas blockages.

The N-Series system is compatible with HPK, NPK, and NPW pumps and can be metallic or elastic.

  • Efficient pumping of foaming and gas-laden liquids, thanks to the impeller’s upturned angle
  • No need for shaft seals due to the self-supporting cantilever shaft design
  • Available in both elastic lining and metallic finish versions
  • Dry installation of the bearing bracket and drive components
  • Inlet tanks can be made from various materials
    Internal coating available
  • Material and inlet tank geometry are customised based on the pumped fluid and operating conditions
  • Sump container volumes of up to 2.5m³ can be manufactured
  • Spare parts and custom accessories available
